| Law & Order is the means by which Society is protected and controlled, principally by the police and criminal justice system. The creation of laws belongs to the field of Politics and many of our laws date back to our early History as a country. Civil law is more concerned with domestic matters of Finance (such as making a will and buying a Home) whereas commercial law controls Industry. The police are sometimes supported in their actions by others, such as traffic wardens, the security and immigration services, and in exceptional situations the Armed forces. | ||||||||||||||
